[Ireland] All good things come to an end - my flight back from Dublin to Frankfurt

The day, I most feared and most loved to come arrived earlier than I thought.

The last weeks, after I booked my flight back to Germany just flew. I was busy packing all my things and went to Cork and to my love, Galway, to say Farewell, as I won't see this wonderful city and it's beach in the near future.

Then, Tuesday, the 11th of June came and this Goodbye was just so bittersweet. I am so thankful, for the people, I've met there and the places I could visit, my hostfamily, also, is one reason, that I have changed my life, that I was able to lose weight and to be open for a new way and new things I want to achieve in my life.
On the other side, I couldn't wait to see my parents, my brother and his lovely girlfriend and my granny again...

It was raining in Dublin. I was early at the Airport, so I just had some time to visit the shops and had a coffee in Starbucks.

The flight was great and when we landed in Frankfurt, I just couldn't wait to see Mum & Dad, who collected me from there...

Today, I just want to show you some Airport pictures and some pictures I made in the plane. I was lucky enough, to get a window seat.

I will show you a lot of my Ireland pictures the next weeks, I am just going through all of them, and actually, it is really emotional for me, to see those places and the kids...

Of course, the flight was delayed...

Waiting for boarding...

Loading the luggage in the plane...

In the plane, ready for take off...

UP!

  1. I can imagine how hard it was to leave. But it is also always exciting to be back home. Home you can go back to visit soon!
